Care for the environment is an important topic for us. We strive to remain environmentally neutral, which is why we willingly collect our glass packaging, clean it, sterilize it and reuse it in the production process. We will be very pleased if you join us in taking care of Mother Earth and, unless of course you plan to use the jars for your own needs, send the packaging back to us. How to return jars?
1. Keep the carton in which you received our products and keep the jars.
2. After using the products, rinse the jars in warm water or wash them with dish soap. Do not wash the jars in the dishwasher - ecological labels are made of paper, after washing in the dishwasher they stick to the jar and may leave marks on other dishes. If you want to remove the label, soak the jar in lukewarm water for about 15 minutes and try to remove the label after sufficient soaking.
3. Close all jars with lids.
4. Collect at least 12 jars and pack them in our carton - it is best if you secure them with the fillers you received in the package.
5. Send us a parcel with jars in any way that is convenient for you - send the parcel to our address: Eco Mindset sp. z o.o., Podbiałowa 11/8, 61-680 Poznań or to the parcel locker: POZ18N with the email address: hi@biossom.bio and phone number: +48 530 023 052. Let us know - by e-mail or by placing a note in the package, who we should assign and what gift: discount - 10% on subsequent purchases in our store, which can be combined with all other discounts and promotions or a SURPRISE gift in the form of a great Biossom product.
6. If you give up the discount and just want to return the jars in a convenient way, write to us at hi@biossom.bio - in response we will send you a label to send the parcel to a parcel locker or by courier, according to your preferences.
