- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- juice of 1/2 lime
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 red chilli, thinly sliced

How to make it (step by step)
- Salad: Finely shred the cabbage, slice the cucumber and spring onions. Whisk all dressing ingredients, then toss with the vegetables. Set aside to marinate.
