Jasmine Rice, known for its delicate aroma and slightly sweet taste, is considered one of the finest varieties of this plant. It has slightly elongated grains, and after cooking, it develops a mildly sticky texture. It is most commonly used in Thai cuisine but is also suitable for preparing desserts.

Jasmine Rice

Jasmine rice is an aromatic rice variety known for its delicate, floral fragrance. Its long, slender grains become soft and slightly sticky when cooked, making it perfect for Asian dishes. It is rich in carbohydrates, protein, and B vitamins, while containing only small amounts of fat. It pairs wonderfully with curry dishes, stir-fry, and as a side for meats and vegetables. Jasmine rice is easy to digest and gentle on the stomach.

Loose Jasmine Rice

Our jasmine rice is sold loose, unlike common store products that come in boiling bags. Cooking loose rice is much healthier than preparing it in bags, which often contain the controversial substance Bisphenol A (BPA). Under high temperatures, BPA can leach into food in significant amounts. Cooking loose rice helps retain more flavor and nutritional value, as cooking rice in bags with excessive water causes much of these nutrients to be lost when the water is discarded.

Additionally, our jars are vacuum-sealed instead of being labeled with adhesive banderoles. Upon opening, you'll hear a characteristic "hiss" sound. We use vacuum sealing to preserve the maximum flavor, aroma, and texture for as long as possible. Try it and discover how properly preserved products can taste remarkably better!

Jasmine Rice - Preparation Method

Rinse the rice thoroughly before cooking. Cook in lightly salted water at a ratio of 1 part rice to 2 parts water for about 25 minutes on low heat.
