Our crispy organic cherries are made exclusively from ripe cherries that are freeze-dried right after harvest. Freeze-drying is one of the most delicate preservation methods — the fruit is first frozen, and then the water is removed through sublimation. This process keeps the cherries’ natural colour, aroma, nutrients and the flavour of fresh fruit, while giving them their signature crispiness.

They are made from whole cherries, not purée or fragments — which means each piece delivers full, authentic flavour, natural acidity and a satisfying crunchy texture. It’s a healthy, lightweight snack that you can enjoy straight from the jar or add to porridge, muesli, yoghurt, desserts or homemade trail mixes.
