The leaves of MATCHA CRAZY GOOD come from a Japanese organic garden, and are hand-picked and carefully processed.
During maturation, they are covered with bamboo mats for at least a month to preserve as much chlorophyll as possible. The shading level reaches a minimum of 95%.
This step is exceptionally important and essential in producing high-quality matcha, as it directly affects its color, properties, and the amazing, bitterness-free flavor.
Afterward, the leaves are steam-sterilized, dried, and ground into a velvety, celadon-green powder.

You can also use a milk frother to create a light foam.
